By the Light of the Moon
Moonlight illuminates truth,
Washing away the absurdities of the sun.
Reality manifests while the world sleeps.
The world? No, not all.
For there are those who revel in
Night's quiet mystery.
Darkness reveals light
That cannot be seen in the day.
Glimmering beacons to lure the
Nocturnal few; flickering lamps
To suspend disbelief in those
Who dare to embrace night's possibilities.
Sleeplessness is not without its rewards,
And magic awaits those
Willing to forsake their downy beds.
For the extraordinary is divulged
By a luminescent celestial orb
Resplendent in an ebony sky.
