its glittering gol~ dome sptdered
with ver~igris.

 The city is qlive                                   HL

 with the anxious bustle                             An~ the rich aroma of coffee,
 oFbqrgqin-hunters fingering gol~-plqte~ treqsures   da rk roast. rises
                                                     to my nose. It is brought with a smile
 'ln~ ioggers in rqtty tennis shoes                  and toast
 who poun~ the concrete of Fe~erql Hill Pqrk         to ~ip in the ~rippy egg yolk-
 in steq~y stri~e. Impatient chil~ren in ribbons     sunny side up-
                                                     he knows my fqvorite.

 chqse one another outside Sqint Mqry's              I grin sleepily
 in qn en~less gqme of tqg, hee~less                 and pull back the cover to warm
.of their mothers' cqll                              OUr feet as our lips touch.
