girls the annual "Rat Week". Fortunately for us it rained most of the week so that um- brellas were quite the style on campus. . Having gone through one week of torture the girls were again subjected to initiation by the entire Sophomore class for the entire Freshman class, which began with the opening of the football season and ended with the clos- ing of it. Introduced at this time as necessary wearing apparel were the "Freshman Caps". During this initiation period classes func- tioned as usual and before long we learned the peculiarities and whims of our various pro- President JACK LAMBERT fessors.
