HE city of Eldersburg claims to be the real birthplace of this sheik of sheiks, though many other cities dispute this. After besieging and capturing the town of Ellicott City and Rock Hill College, Bill evacuated and the next year stormed Western Maryland Prep. He outwitted the faculty of the prep school for one year and entered college. Fortune was with him and he be- came, consequently, a member of the class of 1924. A carefree, fun-loving young Lochinvar who captures the hearts of the fairest ladies of the land. Bill's later statistics show that he has succeeded in carrying on no less than twenty-three love affairs (list sent upon request) during his college career along with his other courses. Bill knows how to buckle down when the occasion arises. He is mighty popular with his class and the entire student body and, like his roommate, Warner, is a member of the well-known gloom chasers. Fifty-six
