Religious Life Council The Religious Life Council is the or- ganization that coordinates the activi- ties of all religious groups on campus. This council is designed to encourage cooperation between the various reli- gious groups. The Religious Life Coun- cil is also charged with the responsi- bility for developing programs that meet the religious needs of the stu- dents. Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship In accordance with the principles of its national organization, the Western Maryland Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship is de- signed to support the faith of Christian stu- dents. Members of I. V. meet in both large and small groups for prayer, Bible study and fellow- ship Inter-Varsity also sponsors pool parties, pic- nics, and has bake and book sales 62
