Omicron Delta Epsilon Omicron Delta Epsilon is the international honor so- ciety in economics. The Western Maryland chapter, Beta of Maryland, was formed in 1968. Members are recognized for their scholastic achievement in economics. This year, the society was treated to a pic- nic at Dr. Law's house and also bestowed honorary membership upon a West- ern Maryland College alumnus Lambda Iota Tau The newest honor society on the Hill, Lambda Iota Tau, is the national literary honor society de- signed to and promote excellence in study of liter- ature.
