Catholic Campus Ministry Under the guidance of Father Hugh Birdsall, the Catholic Campus Ministry is designed to serve the students of Western Maryland College. Mass is celebrated on Saturday evenings in Little Baker Chapel or occasionally at Harveystone Pavilion. The Ministry also sponsors visits to nurs- ing homes and counseling services. This program is provided by the Catholic Archdiocese of Baltimore Chapel Committee The Chapel Committee is the planning body which prepares the weekly Sunday morning chapel services. This ecumenic- al group also sponsors retreats, lectures, and the Chapel Choir Their goal is growth in the knowledge of God 61
