Field Hockey The 1977 Field Hockey team had a successful and rewarding season, resulting in a six win, 4 loss, 1 tie record, The year's top scorers were Nancy Adolph (8 goals), Barb Brazis (6), Linda Sor- rentino (6), and Julie Vaughan (5) Pam Hudson held the goalie posi- tion, with Becky Cassilly as sub- stitute to gain varsity experience Excellent defense was played by freshman Leslie Mosberg Seniors who will be missed next year are Chris Dryden, Nancy Hess, and Sally Stanfield. The team topped off the season by placi ng second of thirteen schools in the Mary- land State Tournament at Gou- cher College. 138
