Two Gentlemen Of Verona The drama department did a fine job this year in presenting a musical this Spring. The audience was sur- prised by this production because even though the title, basic plot and audience seating arrangements were Shakespearean, the show definitely was not. The play turned out to be instead a rock opera parody of Shake- speare's original. The genius of director Bill Tribby con- verted stock characters into hilarious charactures of mod- ern day sterotvpes. Carl Deitrick's orchestra and Bobby Smith's choreography combined with versatile and multi- talented actors to create a night of entertainment seldom seen on this campus 1()()
