DO NOT DISTURB Social life, or the lack of it, has always been a concern at WMC. With the drastically cut Open Party policy, students have been forced to turn to other means of relaxation. For some this means escape from campus to the Down Town Tavern, The Pit, or the Friday afternoon GIGIF. Here they achieve a certain abandon, and, for a while are released from the pressures of studies, or whatever is bothering them. In this euphoric state, social relationships are easier and more pleasant, as the well-attended GIGIFs testify. The surprisingly lenient new Open House policy for the men's dorms has provided at least another answer to the ques- tion, "where can we go when the movie's over?" But somehow that doesn't quite fulfill the need for something to do on a Saturday night.
