Yes, We Had Homecoming Again This Year It was Friday evening; the crowd was beginning to assemble; the majorettes and porn porn girls were lining up; the cheerleaders were having a last-minute practice; the band was warming up; and with four short blasts of a whistle, the parade began and Homecoming weekend was off to a roaring start. The huge pile of wood behind the stadium was ready to bum and by the time the parade reached the sight of the pep rally, the fire was beginning to smolder. It smoldered throughout the majorettes performance; it smoldered throughout the porn poms' performance; it smoldered while the cheer- leaders led the spectators in cheers; and it smoldered while the captains of the football teem spoke. Late that evening, long after the pep rally ended, the bonfire was producing glorious flames which lit up the whole back campus, only to be squelched by the Westminster Fire Department. Saturday, with the Homecoming parade up Main Street, the festivities of the day began. The floats were beautiful, in fact, all four of them won a prize. As the parade reached campus, excitement filled the air and the tension of the coming football game was beginning 10 mount. Old familiar faces were everywhere as the alumni gathered on the famous 'hill' to watch the 'Terrors meet Hemp- den-Sydney in battle. As the game progressed, the alumni spent more time in the trunks of their cars and less watching the game. School Spirit smolders on!
