Under the able direction of Miss Esther Smith, this group has come alive to an awareness of the magic of "Blithe Spirit" demanded . . . the stage. The glamour and excitement, and the butterflies of opening night are nowhere more keenly felt than on the hill when nights and nights of rehearsals culminate in the pre- sentation of a play that has been worked with and loved. Last Spring, for example, the en- tire group gave its production of "Skin of Our Teeth," and Thanksgiving night the Senior group presented Noel Coward's "Blithe Spirit." In March the Junior College Players pre- sented a program of three one-act plays. A comedy called "The Womenfolks" provided many laughs with its keen observation of the annoying over-possessive female relations. The 118
