The time has come another said to talk
of many things
Of christmas trees and holly wreaths and
shepherds three and Kings
And comment on the lights and glows and
on the Angel's wings
And also on the colors bright and how well
someone sings
And when the rush is over and the presents
sit before us
And Crosby sings and Handel rings the
Hallelujah Chorus
The party's just beginning the whole evening
is before us
Oh God, I hope the kids don't rise once more
an hour before us
