Presidential Review The ROTC Department finished its 1977-78 program with the traditional President's Review, at which out- standing cadets were recognized and the entire battalion marched in review. Additional entertainment was pro- vided by the Maryland National Guard, with the Minute- men sky-diving team performing and Battery A of the 110th Field Artillery firing a howitzer. Following the cere- monies, the cadets and cadre moved to Harveystone for the annual ROTC picnic, where good food and good times finished off the year 80
