Modern Language Clubs French and Spanish Clubs have both had an active year though traditional Christmas celebrations didn't materialize. Meeting in the newly established French House, Le Cercle Francais members laughed at the well-known farce, "Le Cuvier," gobbled up assorted treats from Mme. De- rasse's cupboard and sang a spirited version of "Jingle Bells" a la francaise. A debonair M. Derasse sang and accompanied himself on the guitar. Mlle. Rau also par- ticipated in the entertainment. Music and slides plus narration highlighted the Span- ish Club's programs this year. Jeff Ludlow, drawing from the summer's experiences as an S.O.S. field team mem- ber in Bolivia supplied slides for an evening of enter- tainment. A trip to northern Mexico via slides and guitar formed the program for another reunion. First Row: Ann Schwartzman, Frank Cristaudo, Sue Mawby.
