FOOTBALL 1966 "Wait until next year!", is the cry of all Western Maryland football fans. Even though the Terrors improved on their record by one game over last year's effort, the team was hurt by inexperience. Losing only four seniors this year, Coach Jones and his staff are looking forward to an outstanding year in 1967. The Terrors' season started off on a successful note by beating a highly rated Wagner team, 19-13. However, even in t his game one glaring weakness was evi- dent. The team seemed to tire in the latter parts of the game due to a lack of depth and the limited substitution. Several bright spots appeared this year. Freshman Bruce Bozman emerged as the capable quarterback Western Maryland has been seeking. Jerry Barga had another fine season, and it looked as if Dana Huseman has finally come into his own. John Heritage has established himself as the best blocker and linebacker on the squad. The Terrors wound up the season with their highest scoring display by smashing arch foe Hopkins, 33-7.
