" The title song of the Junior Follies is an apt description of the efforts of the Class of '64 to put together a new and different type of show as well as of the success of the stu- dents attending the mythical Pennypacker U. in saving their football field from being bisected by Highway US. When rumors that Dottie Beck and Nelson Sheeley were planning an original musical comedy began to circulate, the campus was doubtful. "That little class?" they asked, and bought tickets out of curiosity. When the show was ac- claimed a rousing success, some thought the Class must have sold its collective soul to Mr. Twig, in the style of Wilbur, Pennypacker's student-turned-hero. 56
