When rumors that Dottie Beck and Nelson Sheeley were planning an original musical comedy began to circulate, the campus was doubtful. "That little class?" they asked, and bought tickets out of curiosity. When the show was ac- claimed a rousing success, some thought the Class must have sold its collective soul to Mr. Twig, in the style of Wilbur, Pennypacker's student-turned-hero. 56
