After the f1rtt exam, even some of these calloused individuals panicked. February snows and the new semester en- livened everyone. Indeed spirits were moved; seventeen senior women in migrating to two senior houses started a chain of reaction which resulted in a mass upheaval. The Chandler House and the Management House became centers of fun plus food. During the course of the school year, col- lections were made occasionally for worthy causes, as well as not so worthy causes. Per- haps the one receiving the most active students support was that of the CKJSS, otherwise known as the Committee to Help Keep Jan Seihler in School. Seniors began to count the days until graduation, and numbers on the main bulletin board quickly diminished. The cycle was coming into full swing. Three sea- sons had already impressed themselves upon the cornerstone of our memories. The fourth was yet to come. 195
