President Roosevelt dedicates Chicago Brldge and proposes a plan for peace. PRESIDENT HOLLOWAY, the officers of the College, the faculty, and our fellow students are persons that we shall want to remember always. Nor do we want to forget the serious, restless state of world affairs that we have lived through together-war in the Orient and in Europe but comforting assurances that for the United States there shall be peace.
