REFELCTION TIME
Reflections I wonder
In the pond. If there are still times
Mirror images When you feel that your time
Of reality. Has run out.
Reflections I am your time.
Subaqueous twins Forever wound.
Of Our world. Forever ticking.
Reflections.
Like life Stephen M. DuBois
Are distorted
By the smallest ripple.

THE RAIN'S EYE
I stare into the puddle.
It reflects what is there
But if it becomes too real in its portrayal
I can touch the surface _
Reducing reality to flashes of sunlight and ripples of color.
I sit.
I wait.
The puddle stills.
But I may disturb it again,
for the puddle sees only what I want it to.
