a little boy plays soldiers ;-.

and He builds a beautiful castle for them I

and He gives them food, clothing, shelter, pr otec t i.orr-; \

                                                                                                                                                                                                                           -, I

and He watches over them "

but the little men are afraid
afraid of Him who made them

and some of them destroy themselves
and some of them build protective shells
and some of them say He does not exist
and some of them pretend that they are He
and some of them strike out at everything,

                                                trying to destroy Him

He does not understand
He sends them a sign, saying

                                    BE NOT AFRAID

but the little men destroy the bearer of the message
they cannot conceive,

                                          they cannot believe Goodness
tpey fear that other little men will think them fools

and the little men are bitter and desolate and petty
and the little men destroy themselves and others

perhaps the little boy grows tired of these wretched toys

what then?
