Cross Country Two-time all-American Jill Krebs made her third straight trip to nationals in 200 l , running a personal second-best time she had ever recorded while on a bad leg. Krebs became the first athlete to ever win the Shep- herd College invitational in each of the four years she competed. She can also make the same claim about the Spartan (York College) Invitational. The women's squad won 3 meets in 2001, while the men's squad posted their first invitational victory since 1996 when they took first place at the Spartan Invitational. 62
