WOlTIen's Soccer Melissa Merson was named to the Centen- nial Conference's First Team after scoring 9 goals and 9 assists for the 8-10 Terror. Western Mary- land entered 2001 with high expectations for the young and talent-laden team, however, inconsis- tent play dashed hopes for a playoff run. Graduat- ing only one senior, and with Merson returning along with freshman Brooke Weimer (6 goals, 7 assists) the Terror are looking good for future playoff runs.
