Inauguration inauguration of Dr. Joan Develin Coley, the eighth president of Western Maryland College, took place. The entire event went splendidly. After many wonderful speakers, Dr. Coley was formally inducted as President of WMC. She was previously the Provost and has been at WMC for 27 years. Hopefully, her years at Western Maryland College will be full of exciting experiences and memories.
