Despite obstacles, a dedicated few worked together to come out with the 27th anniver- sary issue of Contrast. This is a special issue dedicated to those few hard working students who cared enough to put out a superior magazine. Contrast offers the WMC community a unique opportunity not found in other publica- tions. It allows for a wide range of creativity including poetry, short stories, prose, and essays. It is also a chance for people to submit ink drawings and photographs. Finally, students can gain valuable experience about judging poetry, publicity, pasting up, and laying out a literary magazine. What's more, students, faculty, and alumni can participate in this publication. Contrast is a special blend of the best that WMC has to offer. 143
