"REO AND BLUE FOREVER ... " Seventeen new [aces appeared in the ranks of Gamma Beta Chi after this bidding. Under the guiding hand of sponsor, Mr. Philip Uhrig, the fraternity had a busy and successfnl vear. Included among the year's activities were aid LO the needy at Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easler by the donation of food baskets and clothing. An additional undertaking of the Gamma Bets was the annual Christmas program at Springfield State Hospital in which the members, in conjunction with Phi Alpha Mu. their sister sorority, put on a show for the hospital patients. Capping the year's major activities was "Cupid's Delight," GBX's version of the annual Valentine dance. lOG
