STUDENT GOVERNMENT ASSOCIATION The Student Government Association, more popularly known as the S.C.A., works in nil all encompassing capacity to promote the gen- eral welfare of the student body and the col-. lege. Its purposes and ideals arc widespread in nn attempt to provide experience in self government, to promote harmony and under- standing among student groups and among the campus triangle: administration, faculty, and students, to encourage high ethical and moral standards of the students, and to stimulate active citizenship. 9G
