As college men depart from college life, they will take with them more than a college degree; they will take with them an intangible often called the "mantle of leadership" - and their country will look to them with anxious eyes to fulfill its promise and obligations. The R. O. T. C. program is designed to develop those qualities of leadership required in both military and civil enterprise.
