Interrup- tions, accelerated programs, crowded facilities have been inconvenient and un- pleasant in some cases, but you have taken them in your stride. The goal of graduation has been achieved. The end, however, is not yet. The measure of your college success is in the future. It will depend upon your effectiveness in making this world a better place in which to live as a result of Western Maryland's influence upon you.
