•• The Council of the Men's Student League for Self-Govern- men! aims to carry out the wishes of the male student body and at all times to preserve high ideals and gentlemanly conduct among the men of Western Maryland. The activi- ties of the Council this year have consisted of the studying and solving of campus problems, the preserving of gentle, manly conduct on 'The HiI1." and the maintaining and operating of the men's lounges and game room. Charles Daneker Mary Catherine Hill The Women's Student Government Association aims to promote the general moral and physical welfare of the women of Western Maryland. It studies, scientifically, campus problems and suggests means of solving them. It directs the conduct of the women students, in so far as it has power, and strives for a standard of honor and integrity in all phases of college life.
