IL HOLLINS entered Western Maryland in 1920, having com- pleted four years within the cloistered walls of Berlin High School. As a Freshman Lil adopted the policy of engaging in all college activities. She has never allowed her studies to interfere with her mental ease. "Never trouble trouble until trouble troubles you" is the slogan which she has proved to be more than an idle phrase. She has a happy disposition, generally displaying a grin which often softens into a smile. She is possessed of that rare faculty of combining enough of levity with the serious things of life to keep her "smilin' through."
