Beyond supporting students with its rich collection of HL item circulation 12,782
in-house and electronic resources, the Hoover Library at CLP Libraries
(HL) is a part of the Carroll Library Partnership (CLP).
The partnership includes all higher education and public Item circulation at HL 11,237
libraries in Carroll County and works together to promptly
and efficiently share materials on demand to support the Reserve item circulation 2,275
entire community, enriching the resources available to
Hoover students, faculty, and staff. CLP items circulated at HL 1,381

INTERLIBRARY LOAN

BORROWED Interlibrary loan serves our community’s research
endeavors by locating and borrowing materials
837 books from libraries outside CLP. Requested items arrive
2,675 articles within 5-7 days. Both Westminster and Budapest
campuses may request electronic resources via our
LOANED Document Delivery service, whereby we find and
deliver electronic articles and chapters promptly
712 books and efficiently. As of 2016/17 service is even more
601 articles convenient with the addition of text message alerts.
We also loan to other libraries and we respond to
those requests within 1 business day.
