So, Happy WASHINGTON'S BIRTHDAY to you - or CHINESE NEW YEAR if you
prefer. The fugiting of tempus -- the rush of the holiday season

__ the weariness of winter -- the pressures of priorities-- all of

these excuses account for this tardy NEWSLETTER. We're not just
uS,ing up old mastheads; NEW YORK STATE's Bicentennial is in 1977.

LUNCH ••••• a SPECIAL GUEST from WESTERN mARYLAND COLLEGE willl be there.
