Men's Lacrosse Western Maryland is ranked 16th in the pre- season polls following a season in which the entire starting attack was named all-American. Two-thirds of that unit returns in 2002 as pre-season first team AlI- Americans, Tom Brown and Joe Ellis. Their 2001 squad earned the ECAC Southern Championship, backed by the solid goal tending of Brian Nottingham, who earned MVP honors in the ECAC Southern Championship. 86
