CHEERLEADERS Row 1: I. Patrick, C. Quinn, I. Robinson, L. Ahalt, L. Aberts. Row 2: L. Ricci, K. Turner, J. Mackin, A. Rice, C. Choy. The 1983-1984 WMC Cheerleading Squad began with only two returning cheerleaders. After tryouts and much practice, they were ready to start the football season. They cheered at a luncheon and at football games. Their spirit was shown not only by cheering, but also by decorating the players' doors before each game. After a somewhat unsuccess- ful football season, they moved into the basketball season, but due to Jan term had difficulties getting enough people to cheer for all of the games. The cheerleaders look forward to next year, and some new faces. • 131
