ROTC The Army Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Program has been an integral part of Western Maryland College since 1919. The pur- pose of ROTC is to prepare young men and women for service in the Active Army, Army Reserve, or National Guard as commissioned officers. The program enhances the Liberal Arts education and is open to both men and women in any degree field or major. ~ I 1 @ I 125
