VARIETY IN SPRING EVENTS Cultural events at WMC this spring included the performance of the Maria Morales Spanish Dance Company, a well-known group from the Peabody In- stitute. Noted author and scientist, Isaac Asimov spoke on the future of mankind before a packed house. An- other crowd-pleaser, Crack the Sky, filled Alumni hall with rock music and applause. The traveling company "Up with People" featured music and dance of a more family-oriented sort. Not pictured are David Lifton who lectured on his theories of the death of President Kennedy; John Barth, a witty Maryland writer who gave a humorous talk and reading in Big Baker; and the Towson State University Jazz Band, which performed under the direction of Hank Levy
