PRESIDENT'S ROTC REVIEW Reminiscent of the military protests of the late sixties, this year's president's review of the Reserve Officers Training Corps candidates at WMC, was protested by a group of students waving signs and voicing their complaints. In the midst of the proceedings, ROTC awards were presented while parents, friends, and protestors stood watch. 259
