The President LOWELL SKINNER ENSOR You may see him walking across the campus. He'll tip his hat and call you by name. You may see him cheering at a football game, or you may see him in the audience at Alumni Hall. He's Dr. Lowell Skinner Ensor, our President. A man of great responsi- bility and many duties, yet he still finds time to attend campus Functions. Having a sincere interest in the students, his office is always open to them. J ndividuals or grouP!! may call upon him with their problems and he will offer his assistance. A dignified, capable man, Dr. Ensor well represents Western leryland College.
