At any rate, madness, and plenty of it goes into producing the bi- monthly journalistic extravaganza known as the Gold Bust- er, Bug, Every Monday and Thursday night. the little office comes alive with the noise of typewriters, crumpled papers, a variety of language. and an occasional joke. "Who has some copy they can give us? We're twenty inches short!" Miraculously, out of the confusion, "Big Dave" Carrasco and his editorial crew manage to pull together enough loose ends to present the campus with a newspaper-e-on time, even. Assuming the position in February was the new editor-in- chief, Walt Michael. Walt and his managing editor, Paulette Arnold, hope to inspire their staff to carry on in an even better tradition in 1967-68. 97
