College Choir "Hallelujah! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!" The congregation standing in respectful tribute to Handel's "Messiah" as the College Choir concludes the Christmas Service . . . Another magnificent performance is brought to an end .... Sixty joyful hearts ... Sixty clear young voices blending together in inspired harmony under the magical direction of Prof. deLong .. Sixty voices raised in praise of the Lord. This is the Choir. Nervous freshmen waiting for tryouts.. Fitting robes ... Haphazard sight-reading- at times you'd think Handel was spastic-gives way to more serious rehearsals Sunday evening anthem rehearsals (who'd believe they only practice each one twice?) Gilbert and Sullivan ... Graduation and seniors' last performance . . . Turn in your robes. This too is the Choir. 108
