several days they wear outlandish costumes around the com pus and must willingly serve the older rnem- bers of the club. After "Hell Night" they are full- fledged members. Teas, "smokers", and "rush" parties are held in the spring and fall by the clubs to get to know the new freshmen and transfer students.
