RIGLER Color Guard IN several colleges and universities throughout the United States, the federal government has established units of the Reserve Officers' Training Corp. All male students attending these schools are required to take the two-year basic course, unless excused by the administrative head of the institution because of THE COLOR GUARD physical disabilities or religious objections. The instruction offered is a vital part of the college's preparation of its men for leadership in life and the duties of citizenship.
