Acquisition Method: Most materials in the collection were found in the McDaniel College Archives. Exceptions include letters from Edward Pearson and copies of his article on Mabel Garrison. These were sent by Mr. Pearson to Sherry Kimmel Diegel, Associate Director of Public Information who placed some of them in the archives. Another exception are letters Winifred Dulaney recieved concerning her inquiries about Mabel Garrison.
